38 Application of Judicial Review Act 1991 to decisions made under Act
(1)
The Judicial Review Act 1991 does not apply to a decision made, or purportedly made, under this Act.
(2)
Nothing in subsection (1) affects the Judicial Review Act 1991, section 41 or 42.
(3)
In this section—
decision includes a decision affected by jurisdictional error.
