27 Conditions of renewed accreditations
(1)
A renewed accreditation is subject to the conditions, imposed by the chief executive, stated in the new accreditation document for the accreditation.
(2)
The chief executive may impose a condition on a renewed accreditation only if—
(a)
the chief executive considers the condition is necessary or desirable for achieving the main purposes of this Act stated in section 3(1)(b) or (c); or
(b)
the condition relates to an administrative matter.
