Applications to amend accreditations

In force

(1)

The holder of an accreditation may apply to the chief executive to amend the accreditation (an amendment application).

(2)

The amendment application must—

(a)

be made in the way prescribed by regulation; and

(b)

provide details of the proposed amendment; and

(c)

be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation; and

(d)

include or be accompanied by the information prescribed by regulation.
