Application of Act

In force

(1)

This Act applies in relation to the operation of a tow truck to carry out regulated towing.

(2)

However, this Act does not apply in relation to the operation of a tow truck to carry out private property towing under the following laws, including a direction or request made under the law—

(a)

another Act;

(b)

an Act of the Commonwealth or another State;

(c)

a local law.
