43 Proposed actions relating to matters the subject of court proceedings
If the proposed action relates to a matter that is the subject of a court proceeding, the chief executive—
(a)
may defer making a decision in relation to the show cause notice until the proceeding is finally decided or otherwise ends; but
(b)
must make the decision as soon as practicable after the proceeding is finally decided or otherwise ends.
