98 Power to require reasonable help

(1)

The authorised officer may require an occupier of the place or a person at the place to give the officer reasonable help to exercise a power under section 97, including, for example, to produce a document or to give information.

(2)

When making a requirement under subsection (1), the authorised officer must give the person an offence warning for the requirement.
