19 Term of appointment
(1)
A member, other than a departmental representative, holds office for the term, not more than 5 years, stated in the member’s instrument of appointment.
(2)
However, the term ends if the member becomes disqualified under section 22 from continuing as a member.
(3)
If otherwise qualified, a member is eligible for reappointment.
