105ZL Statutory declarations for sdiv 3
(1)
A statutory declaration given by a person under subdivision 3 may, if appropriate, be supported by statutory declarations from other persons.
(2)
If a person required to give a statutory declaration under subdivision 3 is a corporation, the statutory declaration must be given by a person authorised to act for the corporation.
