283ZD Directions for amendment of draft plan
(1)
The planning Minister and the transport Minister may return a draft plan prepared by the port operator for amendment in the way directed by the planning Minister and the transport Minister.
(2)
A copy of the direction must be published in the gazette within 21 days after it is given.
