289ZD Delayed application of new local laws to Brisbane core port land
This section applies to a local law made after the completion day.
Subject to subsection (3), the local law does not apply to Brisbane core port land until the later of the following days—
the day that is 3 months after the day the local law is made;
the day the local law commences.
Subsection (2) stops applying to the local law on the commencement of a regulation under section 289ZC about the application or non-application of the local law to the Brisbane core port land.
