335AH Requiring accreditation conditions to be complied with
(1)
This section applies if the chief executive reasonably believes a person has not complied with a condition of the person’s accreditation as the busway manager for a busway.
(2)
The chief executive may, by written notice, require the person to remedy the breach within a reasonable period stated in the notice.
(3)
If the person has not complied with the condition of the person’s accreditation as the busway manager for a busway, the person must comply with the notice.
Maximum penalty for subsection (3)—60 penalty units.
