Development of light rail and light rail transport infrastructure

This section applies to the establishment of a light rail, including all investigating, planning, maintaining, managing, operating, and arranging for the light rail or for light rail transport infrastructure for the light rail.

(2)

Nothing in this chapter is intended to affect the operation of the Planning Act to the extent that the establishment of the light rail is development under that Act.
