Transport Infrastructure Act 1994

For giving guarantees or undertakings to a franchisee, the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982sections 14, 16, 18, 19 and 20 and part 3, division 3 apply, with all necessary changes and any changes prescribed under a regulation, to the franchisee as if the franchisee were a statutory body within the meaning of that Act.
