404 Additional information about application
(1)
Before deciding the application, the chief executive—
(a)
must consult with the affected persons for the land about the proposed entry to the land; and
(b)
may require the applicant to give additional information about the proposed entry.
(2)
The chief executive may reject the application if the applicant fails, without reasonable excuse, to give the additional information within a stated reasonable time of not less than 28 days.
