523 Approved safety management system for person who is accredited at commencement
This section applies to the safety management system that the chief executive considered appropriate at the time of considering the application for accreditation of a continuing accredited person, as that system was in force immediately before the commencement.
The safety management system is the approved safety management system for a railway managed, or for the operation of rolling stock on a railway, by the continuing accredited person.
For section 135, the anniversary day for a continuing accredited person is the day the person was accredited under the Act as in force at any time before the commencement.
