In force

In this division—

deferred toll amount means the total of the following amounts—

(a)

the amount of the toll for which the driver’s liability was not satisfied under section 94(3A);

(b)

the amount of the image processing fee for the toll.

online nomination facility means an electronic system operated by the toll road operator that is designed to—

(a)

be accessed by—

(i)

the registered operator of a vehicle who is given a notice under section 99; or

(ii)

a person who is given a notice under section 101; and

(b)

allow the registered operator or person to give the toll road operator the information mentioned in section 99(3)(b) or 101(3)(b); and

(c)

allow a record of the information given to be downloaded or printed by the registered operator or person.
