124 False or misleading information
(1)
A person must not include information in transport documentation for dangerous goods that the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, is false or misleading in a material particular.Example of false information in transport documentation—
a person named as consignor of the dangerous goods if the person is not the consignor of the goodsMaximum penalty—40 penalty units.
(2)
It is enough for a complaint against a person for an offence against subsection (1) to state that the information was false or misleading to the person’s knowledge.
