151 Inspection of registers
(1)
The chief executive must ensure that the register is available for inspection by each of the following—
(a)
a dangerous goods authority;
(b)
the public.
(2)
The chief executive is taken to comply with subsection (1) by ensuring there is reasonable access to—
(a)
copies of information in a register; or
(b)
a computer terminal to inspect a register.
