160 Exemption notice to be kept
If an exemption is being relied on by the holder of the exemption, the holder must keep a copy of the exemption in the rail vehicle or on the premises to which the exemption applies.Maximum penalty—71/2 penalty units.
Subsection (1) does not apply if a copy of the exemption is available at an office of the holder.
If an exemption is being relied on by a member of the class of persons to which the exemption applies, the member must keep a copy of the exemption in the rail vehicle or on the premises to which the exemption applies.Maximum penalty—71/2 penalty units.
Subsection (3) does not apply if a copy of the exemption is available at an office of the member of the class of persons to whom the exemption applies.
