Records of exemptions

In force

The record of an exemption in the register kept under section 161(1)(a) must include—

(a)

the terms of the exemption; or

(b)

the following information—

(i)

the name of the person to whom, or the name or a description of the class of persons to which, the exemption applies;

(ii)

the day the exemption was granted;

(iii)

the provisions of this regulation, and of the ADG Code, to which the exemption relates;

(iv)

the period for which the exemption has effect;

(v)

the dangerous goods, rail vehicle, equipment, packaging or other thing to which the exemption relates;

(vi)

the geographical area for which the exemption has effect.
