187 Existing applications for amendments of administrative determinations
(1)
This section applies to an application that—
(a)
is for an amendment of an administrative determination in relation to something that may be decided under a provision (the relevant provision) mentioned in section 185(1)(c); and
(b)
was made under section 165 of the repealed regulation; and
(c)
had not been finally decided before the commencement.
(2)
On the commencement, the application is taken to be an application made under section 166 for an amendment of the administrative determination under the relevant provision.
