194 Requirements relating to particular incidents continue
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
an incident to which section 141, 142 or 143 of the repealed regulation applies happened before the commencement; and
(b)
the section required something to be done or not done in relation to the incident; and
(c)
the thing had not been done, or had been done, before the commencement.
(2)
The repealed regulation as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply in relation to the incident as if this regulation had not been made.
