195 Continuing effect of particular permissions
(1)
This section applies if, before the commencement—
(a)
the chief executive gave a permission to a prime contractor under section 142(2) of the repealed regulation to transport food or food packaging from a site; and
(b)
the food or food packaging had not been removed from the site.
(2)
The permission is taken to be a permission given by the chief executive under section 142(2) of this regulation.
(3)
To remove any doubt, it is declared that the permission was given when it was given under the repealed regulation.
