197 Existing recommendations by chief executive
(1)
This section applies if, before the commencement—
(a)
the chief executive made a recommendation under section 152(2) of the repealed regulation that a dangerous goods authority take a proposed action; and
(b)
the dangerous goods authority had not taken the proposed action.
(2)
On the commencement, the recommendation is taken to have been made by the chief executive under section 152(2) of this regulation.
