228 Prescribed operator must notify chief executive if restricted driver authorisation granted, amended or cancelled
(1)
A prescribed operator must, within 3 business days after granting, amending or cancelling a restricted driver authorisation, give the chief executive notice about the grant, amendment or cancellation.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
(2)
The notice must be in the approved form.
