266 Existing licences
This section applies to the following licences under the repealed regulation in effect immediately before the commencement—
a dangerous goods driver licence;
a dangerous goods vehicle licence.
This section also applies to a dangerous goods driver licence or dangerous goods vehicle licence given under the repealed regulation following a review under subdivision 10.
The licence is taken to be a dangerous goods driver licence or dangerous goods vehicle licence given under this regulation subject to the same conditions and restrictions.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that the dangerous goods driver licence or dangerous goods vehicle licence was given when it was given under the repealed regulation.
