Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Dangerous Goods) Regulation 2018

This section applies to an application that—

was made—

under section 188 of the repealed regulation for a dangerous goods driver licence; or

under section 200 of the repealed regulation for a dangerous goods vehicle licence; and

had not been finally decided before the commencement.

The repealed regulation as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply in relation to the application as if this regulation had not been made.

If a dangerous goods driver licence or dangerous goods vehicle licence is given under the repealed regulation in relation to the application, the licence is taken to be a dangerous goods driver licence or dangerous goods vehicle licence given under this regulation subject to the same conditions and restrictions.
