389 Application of the Act, s 65A to particular decisions
This section applies to a reconsidered decision under section 388 of an original decision under section 70(1), 77(1), 82(1), 129(1), 134(1), 143(1), 190(2), 213(2), 232(1), 238(1) or 245(1)(b) or (c).
Section 65A(2) and (3) of the Act applies in relation to the reconsidered decision as if—
a reference in the section to the reviewed decision were a reference to the reconsidered decision; and
a reference in the section to the applicant were a reference to the person who made an application under section 387 for a reconsideration of the original decision.
