For sections 91B(4), 91G(3), 91P(4) and 171(3)(a) of the Act, the fees payable under the Act are stated in schedule 7.
(2)
A fee payable under schedule 7, item 4(a) or 5(a) that relates to the renewal of a Queensland driver licence for a term is the fee in force on 1 July in the financial year in which the term starts.
