398 Waiving payment of fees for replacement Queensland driver licence in particular circumstances
(1)
The chief executive may waive the payment of the fee mentioned in schedule 7, item 11 for the issue of a replacement Queensland driver licence under section 367(3) if the application is for the replacement of a licence that was—
(a)
damaged or lost as a result of a person, other than the person required to pay the fee, committing an indictable offence that is a crime or misdemeanour; or
(b)
stolen.
(2)
The chief executive may waive the payment of the fee mentioned in schedule 7, item 11 for the issue of a replacement Queensland driver licence under section 367A(3).
