123A Definition for division
In this division—
accompanying document, for an originating process, means—
(a)
for an originating process that is a claim—a statement of claim; or
(b)
for an originating process that is an application—any affidavit to be relied on by the applicant at the hearing of the application; or
(c)
for any originating process—any other document that is required under these rules to be served with the originating process.
