80 Continuation, and term of office, of appointed members
(1)
This section applies to a person who was an appointed member immediately before the commencement.
(2)
Despite section 14(1), the person continues as an appointed member until—
(a)
the person’s term of office ends under subsection (3); or
(b)
the person’s office sooner becomes vacant.
(3)
Despite section 18, the person’s term of office ends when the new appointed members’ terms of office start.
