86 Dealing with casual vacancy in office of elected member
(1)
This section applies if a casual vacancy arises in the office of an elected member after the commencement and before the ballot mentioned in section 82(1) is conducted.
(2)
For appointing or electing a person to the office, the pre-amended Act continues to apply as if the University Legislation Amendment Act 2005, part 7, had not commenced.
