74 Chancellor, deputy chancellor and vice-chancellor
(1)
This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencing day, held office as the chancellor, deputy chancellor or vice-chancellor of the university college.
(2)
On the commencing day, the person is taken to hold office as chancellor, deputy chancellor or vice-chancellor of the university until the end of the person’s term of office or earlier vacating office.
