77 University college statutes and rules
(1)
An existing instrument (to the extent that it is consistent with this Act) continues in force under this Act.
(2)
However, the instrument expires 1 year after the commencing day, unless sooner repealed.
(3)
In this section—existing instrument means a university college statute or rule made under the repealed Act and in force immediately before the commencing day.
