10 Powers
(1)
The commissioner has the power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done in performing the commissioner’s functions under this Act or another Act.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the commissioner may engage appropriately qualified persons to give advice to the commissioner relevant to the commissioner’s functions.
