101 Delegations
(1)
The commissioner may delegate the commissioner’s functions under this Act or another Act to an appropriately qualified public service officer.
(2)
The board may delegate the board’s functions under this Act or another Act to a board member or an appropriately qualified public service officer.
(3)
In this section—
function includes power.
