74 Vacancy in office
The office of an appointed member becomes vacant if the member—
(a)
completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or
(b)
is disqualified from continuing in office under section 70; or
(c)
is absent from 3 consecutive meetings of the board without the board’s permission and without a reasonable excuse; or
(d)
resigns by notice under section 75; or
(e)
is removed from office under section 76.
