83 Minutes and other records
(1)
The board must keep—
(a)
minutes of its meetings; and
(b)
a record of its decisions and resolutions.
(2)
If the board makes a decision or resolution that relates to a function of the board under this Act, the minutes must include details of how each member voted.Examples for subsection (2)—
a decision about reviewing a systemic issue, a resolution about the terms of reference for a review
