96 Confidentiality of information given to other persons

(1)

This section applies to a person (the receiver) who is given confidential information by a person under section 31(1), 88(1) or 95(3).

(2)

The receiver must not disclose the confidential information to anyone else, or use the information, other than under this section.Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.

(3)

The receiver may disclose or use the confidential information to the extent the disclosure or use is otherwise required or permitted under this Act or another law.
