54 Witness to administration of voluntary assisted dying substance
(1)
Another person (the witness) is eligible to witness the administration of a voluntary assisted dying substance to the person if the witness is at least 18 years of age.
(2)
The witness must certify in the practitioner administration form for the person that—
(a)
the person appeared to be acting voluntarily and without coercion; and
(b)
the administering practitioner for the person administered the substance to the person in the presence of the witness.
