76 Authorised disposer to record and notify of disposal
(1)
An authorised disposer who disposes of a voluntary assisted dying substance or unused or remaining substance must complete a record of the disposal in the approved form (the authorised disposal form).
(2)
Within 2 business days after disposing of the voluntary assisted dying substance or unused or remaining substance, the authorised disposer must give a copy of the completed authorised disposal form to the board.Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
