305 Existing applications
(1)
This section applies to any of the following applications made under the former Act but not decided before the commencement—
(a)
an application for a general approval or specific approval;
(b)
an application for an amendment or transfer of a general approval or specific approval.
(2)
On the commencement, the application lapses.
