306 Existing show cause procedure
(1)
This section applies if, before the commencement—
(a)
the chief executive gave a person operating under a general approval, or the holder of a specific approval, a show cause notice under the former Act, section 246; and
(b)
the chief executive had not decided whether or not to give the person a compliance notice.
(2)
The chief executive must decide under the former Act whether or not to give the person a compliance notice.
