72L Application for bad debt credit
(1)
The operator or former operator of a waste disposal site who is eligible for a bad debt credit may apply to the chief executive for relief.
(2)
The application must—
(a)
be in the approved form; and
(b)
be supported by enough information to allow the chief executive to decide the application.
