72O Grant of application
(1)
If the chief executive decides to grant a bad debt credit application, the chief executive must, within 5 business days after granting the application, give the applicant a notice stating—
(a)
the application has been granted; and
(b)
the amount of the bad debt credit.
(2)
The notice must also include or be accompanied by an information notice for the decision in relation to the amount of the bad debt credit.
