73D Definitions for part
In this part—
rate notice means a notice issued under the City of Brisbane Act 2010, or the Local Government Act 2009, to levy rates and charges.
relevant payment means an amount paid to a local government under—
(a)
section 73DA(2); or
(b)
section 73DB(3)(a).
