100 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
A regulation may be made about the following—
the keeping of records and the records to be kept;
reporting requirements including what is to be contained in reports and to whom and by whom reports are to be given;
the qualifications of persons employed in operating equipment used in relation to adding fluoride to a public potable water supply;
the undertaking of analyses of water and other things connected with a public potable water supply including the methods to be used and the times at which the analyses are to happen;
imposing a penalty of not more than 20 penalty units for a contravention of a provision of a regulation.
