99 Delegations
(1)
The Minister or the chief executive may delegate his or her functions under this Act to an appropriately qualified person who is—
(a)
a public service employee of the department; or
(b)
a health service employee.
(2)
In this section—
appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to the exercise of the power.Example of standing—
if a person is a public service employee of the department, the person’s classification level in the department
functions includes powers.
