41 Failure to help authorised person
(1)
A person required to give reasonable help under section 40(3)(f) must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
(2)
If an individual is required under section 40(3)(f) to give information, or produce a document, it is a reasonable excuse for the individual to fail to comply with the requirement that complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the individual.
